The draft agenda for the Technical Committee on Motor Vehicles (TCMV) meeting lists only a 25-minute “continuation of discussions” on the Dutch request to extend its FSD approval EU-wide. That same morning, Tesla’s outside counsel told the judge the N-word is a “term of respect and endearment” in the Black community.
