Set to make its debut this week at the 2025 Consumer Electronics Show (CES), the LG UltraGear GX9 series includes the world’s very first bendable gaming monitor, called the 45GX990A. The curved OLED display—with customisable aspect ratios—has an ultra-high 5K2K resolution that can accurately depict rich blacks, vibrant colours, and dynamic brightness levels with pinpoint accuracy, according to a press release from the tech giant. Low blue-light emission coupled with a special coating to mitigate reflections and glare both help to reduce eye strain, optimising the monitor for comfortable viewing even during extended gameplay.
